As this blog post appears in your inbox I will be more than midway through Session 3 and already looking forward to Session 4 of Empty Spools. I have taught at Empty Spools for quite a while now. This is purposely vague because, to be frank, I can’t remember when I first taught there!
So while I was at Asilomar (as it is often known) I thought it might be fun to review a couple of my previous engagements. Today we go back to 2016, which is the first time I taught at Asilomar since starting the blog. There were two sessions, thus I’ve provided two links.
And this Saturday in your regular post, we’ll revisit some of the quilts begun in these 2016 sessions and see how they turned out in a special Susan Carlson Fabric Collage Finish Line: Empty Spools 2016.
