In case you missed last Saturday’s post:

Next year I will be returning to an abbreviated schedule of in-person teaching. I will also continue to teach my Live Online Fabric Collage classes. In all, I will teach four in-person classes and four virtual classes. Details are listed below. For a description of the classes—both in-person and Live Online—I have included links to blog posts that highlight each type.

My in-person classes are accepting registration—in fact, the Alegre retreat and now the Woodland Ridge Retreat are already full and only accepting additions to their waitlist. If you are interested in one of those classes, please contact the organizer with questions about the cost, venue, accommodations and so on, as I do not control those details.

Please “save the date” for Live Online classes as registration will open in mid October. As usual, Patreon subscribers will receive prior notice for signing up for these classes. I will also give advanced notice to those who ask to be added to an “expression of interest” email list ([email protected]). I am doing an annual update of that list, so if you have signed up before, please do so again. Generally, in the week I open registration I will announce it on Monday to Patreon subscribers, on Thursday for those who have made an Expression of Interest, and on Saturday for the general public.

I took 2023 off from traveling to in-person classes. Years ago now, I had planned a “sabbatical” year such as this for 2021, but my plans were interrupted by the pandemic. The delay turned out to be just as well considering all that has happened this year—deaths in the family, catching COVID for the first time (darn it), and other personal changes and challenges. It’ll be interesting to see how life unfolds in the next year.

Looking forward to working with many of you in 2024.
