We’re four years old. That’s how long the blog has been running. We’ve managed to provide you with a post every week—almost always something new (once or twice a summer vacation repeat). That’s a whole lot of blog posts, so it’s a good time to do a couple things.

First, just a reminder that you can search the blog anytime you want using the tools included on each page. If you’re on your computer the tools are on the right hand side of the page. If you’re on a mobile device you can find them at the bottom of the page. You can search by category using the drop down menu, or you can use key words in the “search” box.

Since we’ve just completed our blog’s fourth revolution around the sun, I thought it would be appropriate to highlight the four most popular posts of the last 365 days. Each post below has received around 12,000 views. They include a variety of categories: a couple “Finish Line” posts featuring student work, a “How-To” post for interpreting fur in fabric collage, and an “On the Road Teaching” post for those who like to follow along on my travels—showcasing classroom work (such as the in-progress collage above by Bobbi Levy-Dodge) and teaching locations.

This Saturday morning in your regular post, we’ll continue the series of “Finish Line” quilts from online submissions. This week features quilts from around the country and around the world, including Canada, Australia, and Spain. Hopefully by then we’ll all be recovered from our Thanksgiving feast food coma!

To everyone here in the U.S., Happy Thanksgiving! To everyone else around the world, Happy Thursday!
