Yesterday I sent out a blog announcing that my online class, the Susan Carlson Fabric Collage Master Class, would launch on March 17. I asked for reactions, comments, and questions and boy, did I get some! Already!

Here’s a quick follow up post with a few FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) that have arisen.

Please read about the Fabric Collage Master Class post here first, then come back to this post to read the FAQ’s below.

How long will I have access to the Multimedia Fabric Collage Manual?
Once purchased, the Manual is yours for life. I plan on minor revisions over the following months. If there are any major overhauls, like a second edition of a book, there will be an update fee for the new version. The original version will remain available.

How do I sign up?
Sign up will begin on March 17 through my website. Remember that the Manual and the Online Coaching Classroom are purchased separately. Purchasing the Manual is a prerequisite for participation in the Online Coaching Classroom.

Will I be able to work on my own design?
If you work on your own from the Manual you will be able to choose any subject you want—mine or yours, though I encourage you to start with a simpler project and work your way up. In the Online Coaching Classroom component, I plan to set themes based on subject matter, making it easier to give feedback and for the class participants to learn from each other’s work.

What level of experience do I need to have to benefit from the Fabric Collage Master Class?
The Master Class is made to benefit all levels. If you are a beginner it takes you through the entire process step by step. If you are experienced the Manual provides a great refresher and since you own it for life it will always be there as a reference. Think of it as your fabric collage bible.

Hope this answers a few of the more pressing questions. Keep commenting and thinking about it. I will use your feedback to  further clarify the promotional information. Here’s the link to the blog.

Just a reminder, the Multimedia Fabric Collage Manual portion of the Master Class will be available to everyone on March 17. There’s no sign up to worry about.

So sit back and enjoy that cup of coffee. We’ll talk more about it when the Master Class launches in two weeks.

Thank you.
